Coker was never a problem as oc. He was pretty good actually & if you mean coach Miller & you're saying he didnt deserve to be dc you might wanna do research. We don't have anyone of that caliber on this staff & that includes manny. But hey we all entitled to opinions.

Lol. Feel free to point them out. Every coach we had could evaluate. Was capable of recruiting & coaching kids up. Far more importantly butch was VERY hands on. He held himself, the coaches and all of us accountable. Cant never discount the importance of we had tak leaders on or teams that...

Kids like him. I like stroud. I liked searles too so theres that(I'm talking about as a person) I know kids believe in him but proof is in the pudding.

It's not about the stars. It's about properly evaluating kids. Seeing their strengths and helping them develop them. This staff in large part ain't that. But well see.

He didn't mess it up though. He knew he was in over his head. That's why he stayed away from established coaches who would hold him accountable. He has a built in excuse but this is overkill.

Very small sample size. Problem is this staff has no clue how to recruit overall. Macho was right about his issue. However the problem is far larger than one school in Broward county or even a handful of them. That's what happens when you hire all the coaches from the girls YMCA with the...
