Id say about 5 years. Reality is everyone was sp hard up on getting rid of richt and running him off. Careful what you wish for. With cmr we had respect we had a need for a qb coach & oc. Enos by himself with the past staff I wouldve loved to see. But oh well. I was tired of cmr headaches...
