Ross has totally lost the base and doesn't even realize it.

Hiring proved failure Mike Tannenbaum was a horrendous idea. There was overwhelming evidence that he had no business as a football GM or anywhere near personnel decisions. Ross hired the guy anyway. I'm surprised to see anyone defending that hire, of all of them.

I don't disagree. I respect Caldwell entirely. But he's a 66 y/o who should be fishing with Chan Gailey and Norv Turner. He's not the guy to be the head coach with an offensive rebuild. Doesn't make us better.

Would be as lackluster a hire as you can make.

Ross is about to find out that "losing the fanbase" means something different in Miami than in Cleveland.

I've bolded the part that applies 100% to Harbaugh as well. I don't see how this improves the team.

So, does anyone still not believe me that Ross is the problem (and always has been)?
