I'll admit I thought Marc Bulger would be better in the league. He was NFL material, but never what you'd hope for in a starter.

He's not a true #1 but if you have another WR who is basically equal, you can be fine with two really good #2s. The Dolphins' issue is that Parker is by far their best WR, is often injured, and the drop off is steep.
