South Florida RBs in the playoffs

Wide receivers are valued just a hair ahead of running backs throughout the league. Skill guys or "playmakers" are not really worth all that much. A handful of wide receivers are impact guys regardless of their QB...the rest are completely QB dependent. Basically, getting these players or...

South Florida RBs in the playoffs

I think its far less than 10. Of the leagues Top 10 running backs by yards...only 4 are on playoff teams...and only one of those is the star of the show (Derrick Henry). Of the leagues Top 10 running backs by yards...5 were first round picks...none of those teams made the playoffs. Its just...

South Florida RBs in the playoffs

The valuation between Mark Walton and Kenyan Drake or Jay Ajayi is minute. Like...have this conversation about kickers...they are valued more in the league. The Dolphins are bozos, but getting anything for Drake and Ajayi was a good move. You can get enough production from countless backs.

South Florida RBs in the playoffs

Unfortunately, we've had a bad string of QBs, in part because we misevaluate local QBs. No Lamar Jackson, Teddy Bridgewater, Jacoby Brissett, Geno Smith over the years. Wide Receiver...again...a lack of good evaluations have done us in, but we've done fine enough.

This is why those worried about the loss of Lorenzo Lingard are worrying over nothing. We're fine at this spot. Might be the only room on the team where we are fine. Go get some (notice I did not say ALL) Tri-County backs every year and we'll always be just fine.
