It’s crazy! They did it when Publix launched its first few Greenwise markets fifteen years ago. The store is no longer a Greenwise, but they have the equipment and it’s a service only they offer.

If anyone lives near Boca, the Publix by town center mall will dry age for free. You buy a rack or whatever you want any and they’ll age and trim to your specs. They’re the only one that does that. Also, you can buy your steaks on-sale 😂 insane and easy
