    I don't think that would be ideal. Demoting people is typically not a the best way to build a successful culture within an organization. It would also probably be best for both BJ & CMD professionally as well to both move on.

    Yes you have. And this board is so grateful to have you. Just adding a theory into why CMD has not been fired yet, because they have to figure out what to do with Blake first. At least I'm hoping.

    The problem is much bigger than Manny. What's the point of firing him, to just have Blake James & Jenn Strawnley hire another HC. We've been down 15+ years now? I actually don't mind UM & the BOT taking an extra month or two to get the situation in the Athletic Department right first...
