I just think people don't understand that there are actually 3 separate tv markets in South Florida. The one they are talking about in the video is only Miami-Dade County. Fort Lauderdale is separate as well as Palm Beach.

In this scenario why would BIG prefer to dilute with Cal and Stanford and opt for Kansas and MO over schools in Georgia, NC, VA with much larger populations? I understand that market size is not the primary focus, but the schools mentioned don't exactly attract eyeballs either.

I can say that three of those places would be a blast in November. Come on it's not really that cold. It's more brutal to watch a noon game at Hard Rock in September than it is to watch a game in Madison or Ann Arbor in November.
