I I think if nothing else this comports with Mario’s displeasure with the WR’s after the spring game and his desire to increase competition. WR’s have to make some contested catches. No one is open all the time and not every pass is perfect. There were no contested catches in the spring game...

The high school highlights show a lot of body control, especially for a tall receiver. I don’t think I saw a single high school or JC highlight where a QB hit him in stride. Every pass seemed to be a jump ball even when he had 2-3 steps on the defender.
