I agree with you that the real options should be playing v not playing, as opposed to fall v spring. Fall v spring is optics. Playing v not playing is the sincere debate. For reasons already stated (and my selfish desire to watch King and the Canes) I hope they play and play in the fall.

I agree brother that this is meaningless from a health standpoint and seems to be done more for a PR standpoint. Kind of like "see, we are taking it seriously".

Serious question about a delay. Do we have any assurance that the virus situation will be any better in the spring? If not, then what difference does it make when they play? Treatments have improved dramatically over the past 4 months such that the mortality rate is dropped to 1% or lower...
