Say what????? This is why we've been stuck in the same cycle in football and baseball for 20 years. Fans get excited in the offseason and think we get a clean slate and that WE ARE THE U again. Then we lose 3-4-5 football games and get bounced in regional baseball.

Lazer was running lessons on the side, which turned out to be an NCAA violation. But Morris knew about it the whole time. Lazer took the fall the same way Turtle did on the over-recruiting thing. Morris came out squeaky clean despite having full knowledge of both situations.

+1000 on Lazer. He's the goods when it comes to mechanics AND personality. Would be great in our clubhouse. But we know it won't happen.

That sounds like the people who give credit to Gino DiMare for making to a regional after we missed the postseason for two years. Yeah, I guess anything except rock bottom is technically trending upward.

We missed the postseason completely in 2017-18 and the sunshine pumpers can’t bring themselves to blame either Jim Morris or Gino DiMare.

I know you’re a superfan, but what have you seen with football that makes you think we’re trending upward? Wins against awful ACC teams?

I am confused as to why being a private university means we are stuck with crappy athletic programs. Someone explain that to me.
