    Nah, it's not mechanics. It's approach. When you go up trying to hit the ball 600 feet no matter what the situation is or what the count is, you're not going to be successful. You won't teach a showcase hero how to go the other way because he has no interest in even trying to go the other way.

    What I’m asking, is how do you know when to get them up? We got into that jam pretty quickly. You can’t just throw a good arm out there, the guy has to have time to get loose. How do you know when that is?

    Again, your best arms have to be ready. You can’t just put them in when a guy walks the bases-loaded. So do you have your best arms ready all the time? Their arms will fall off at that rate.
