Didn't work today. The whistle got better for tech after their coach threw his tantrum. I know how L tries to manage the refs. It’s not working. Look, I’m the biggest homer there is… but there is also an objective reality.

This team can get to the elite 8 the way it is, IMO. Not saying that’s the expectation, but it’s not outside the realm of possibility. It’s a matchup game and our 5 out offense and defensive intensity can beat almost anyone on a good night.

He doesn’t work them hard enough. I’m not saying to take a tech. I’m saying work them harder - live and behind the scenes. It is insane that we get such a consistently bad whistle with who he is and how we play. Edit: and I’m not moping. Great win, and there’s literally not a coach in college...

L almost never takes a tech. His reluctance to work the refs harder is one of my few criticisms of him.

Moore literally didn’t even touch him. Take Sam out of the game the first half and foul out Moore on 3 complete bogus calls.

That was an offensive foul when he trucked Wong and I didn’t see a travel but maybe wrong about that.

We’ve gotten the worse whistle - Sam sat dang near the entire first half for two totally phantom calls. And the offensive vs. defensive fouls have been a joke every one has gone tech’s way.

Man these refs are just incompetent. They’re not in the bag for tech I don’t think but they’re just not competent. Moore has 2 fouls on defense for the same play they called an offensive foul on Wong.

Two of the worst calls I’ve ever seen against Sam taking him out of the game for 18 minutes. Absolutely criminal.
