There needs to be accountability, for sure. I just don't agree with a "fear" based approached to leadership. You don't have to be afraid of a coach to perform well.
Regardless of how ****** we played on Saturday and boy did we play bad, this idea that players have to be scared of the Coaches to play disciplined or have success is such a fallacy.
