Agree on Zo and Gino. Big part of the AD is fundraising - I'm sure Gino can do that well. The other part is hiring head coaches and laying out a vision for how the sports programs should be run. Not sure he has much experience on that and I don't believe Zo does either.

don't know but at least ask him. Different folks have reasons for doing things and you won't know until you ask. That's how it works. do you not go after a good candidate just because you think they'll say no?

This would be an absolute homerun. He and Russ Bjork would be my top choices.
