Look at the top 15 QB's in CFB right now. I count (maybe) 5 of them that are true dual-threat. Dwins has his own set of standards of what makes a QB elite but thankfully, the folks that are paid to evaluate QB's for a living don't agree with him
Dwins logic:
A. If a kid is committed or will likely be committed to Miami - 'He sucks/isn't a dog/fire the staff'
B. If a a kid doesn't commit to Miami - 'He's a dog/why can't we be Bama/fire the staff'
