A vote to expand was the right thing to do. If for some reason Miami can't exit and FSU, Clemson, UNC can it leaves the ACC viable as a conference (excluding football refs). It also doesn't give the new schools voting rights until 2025 or 2026.

I can’t see Miami, FSU, and Clemson being in the ACC in 2025. Just too much money being lost every year AND recruiting only gets more difficult with kids wanting to play in better conferences. My concern with Big10, they haven’t bear the SEC for a championship.

Heck, even at 5-1 we likely see a boost of viewership and attendance which is needed.

It matters is my point. All of it adds up to Miami needing to land somewhere. FSU's market is bad BUT they likely have better viewership especially since they have been winning more consistently. If we hit 6-0, watch Miami's viewership in 2023 jump a ton.

Miami will end up in the Big10 as I doubt the SEC wants Miami AND the academics align much better in the Big10 for both parties. Miami isn't going to get left behind for a number of reasons: 1. We are in a top TV market 2. Top recruiting location 3. History of winning in the 3 revenue sports...

Miami has AAU membership which opens the door to B1G. Thus, Miami could land at either and is in the top market for recruiting so I can't see them being left out. History of winning in Football, Baseball, Basketball Recruiting location Major market AAU membership Willing to spend on athletics

I'd expect it by 2025 from what I've read and heard. Doubt anything happens before this August 15th.
