If he’s earned it, yes. But a HC doesn’t promote an analyst just to get one recruit. It would create a precedent that would not be good in the future.

No way in **** Mario promises to promote an analyst to an on the field coach to get one recruit - even if said recruit is a 5* corner. The future repercussions would be irreparable.

I’d say Sanders has a sizable bank account of his own and it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if he dipped into his own $$$ to fund a recruit he covets.
