Probably need 2 different rankings. One for recruiting and one for transfers. They’re different operations all together.

Id argue there shouid be appreciation value, since most are physically ready to play. But in reality most of these players can now be ranked by actual play vs potential, so i wouid assume most of the kids transferring would be ranked lower than their recruiting ranking.
