Like i said tho they have a weird rule like FSU that they use the wording "Last day to add course without dean or instructors permission" which gives them leeway and extension to their said date.

UGA last day for registration for spring was Jan 12. OSU is today Jan 19 and they have that bs rule that "Jan 19 is the last day to enroll without the deans permission" like some BS schools do.
