No. Continuing to play a center with consistent issues snapping the football is a bad coaching decision. Bama may not have another center to step in and handle all the responsibilities of the position, so its the only decision to make. Live with occasional bad snaps and hope one doesn't cost...

Allowing George make consistent mistakes is not holding him accountable. Coaching problem. Reduce George's playing time or bench him for another player. If there isn't another player, also a coaching problem.

If this is the case there is a coaching problem. Either insufficient drills to improve snapping or not having a player who can snap accurately.

Individual plays, on the player(s). It's a coaching issue if the problem has been recurring and has not been resolved.
