Like I said in my post, I admire the training they receive and how quickly they are prepared to engage with the community.

But the interesting part is how they convince new members which is very effective. They put all new converts into a boot camp. Every evening for 6 weeks they go to a class and learn about everything about the religion, the key doctrinal issues and the most common objections and how to respond...

So did we. We would invite them in and set up the chairs in a circle. Then they would come back with an elder. Then they never came back again. I would see them walk right on by every Saturday morning and would wave to them as they passed by.
