That’s definitely the proper use/spelling/pronunciation of “meng” in Miami.

I think he can sign. Whether he or anyone qualifies is a different issue. I say this as we witnessed it years back with a Dan Mullen gator class (maybe class of 2018?). I recall a kid from the Bahamas who signed and then didn’t make it in amongst others.
