The guy that went to incarnate word is not the same guy who's worth $2mil+ today. We're paying for the 3 years of development and PROOF that he's a good QB.. Not projecting/speculating whether he is or not.
I just don't want to lose sight that we're actually stealing high level recruits from BOTH of our in state rivals on signing day. One of them being a 5* defensive lineman from a team that just went 13-0.
