To me this means Mario and staff chose Howard.

Be ready for all manner of ****** narratives regardless of who we get. If it's Ward we overpaid, if it's Howard we couldn't land Ward.

If that is true, then it cannot be overstated what an insanely amazing job our entire athletic department has done in essentially securing commitments from the top two QBs in the portal. From coaches to boosters to marketing and logistics, truly masterful.

Disagree slightly. I think they are 1A and 1B and the staff would take either in a heartbeat. If they both want in, the staff would have to decide which they're committed to, but IMO we can't go wrong with either one.

Decision by whom? Staff or the QB(s) in question?
