Then this really shouldnt be an issue. I thought for some reason he played in 5 games in 2020. So yes, if he received a red shirt for 2020, which he can then use his Covid year for 2021, he should have 1 more year to play.

A Covid year and a redshirt year are 2 different things. A "Covid" year is a freebee where you could have played but it doesnt count towards your 4 years of college ball, so in effect: 2019: Year 1 (this is the key I think) He played 5 games and would need a get out of jail free card from...

Thanks @DMoney Do we expect to be in contact with names that havent been discussed yet? Call me cautious, but I think we need to add more to our pipeline. Lot of good programs with money are shopping right now, so no guarantees we land any of those players.
