It’s typical in this day and age. But unlike Alabama and UGA, we don’t have 5-stars in the three deep to step up and replace them.

Genuine question. If there truly was a culture change, why would we have so many players leave to the portal? Isn’t that hypocritical? I guess we’ll have to wait and see exactly who leaves and who stays. If most of the freshmen stay, that’s a good sign. One thing is for certain: giant roster...

Says the guy with 4K posts in less than 2 years. Sorry I care about the program and like to discuss it with fellow canes fans? Mad obsessed. How many times do I have to put you in a body bag for you to understand how clueless and pathetic you are? You switch sides every week.

You’re sick in the head lol. Obsessed with me it’s wild. Literally all fact lol go back and look at posts from insiders if you doubt it.

I think you misread my post. The Brown brothers certainly aren’t obvious candidates. The Washington brothers are for a couple of reasons. 1. Rumors they would flip to Louisville pre-signing day in late ‘22 2. No early PT for either player sans some special teams work - not that it was...

Wouldn’t make sense to me at all. Not sure why that would impact the younger one unless some school is saying they can both start and they’re falling for that bs. Davonte simply wasn’t good enough this year. Hopefully that’s just a bad rumor.

You’re not the first person I’ve seen mention the Brown brothers. I pray that’s not the case, cannot lose Damari. I think the Washington brothers are obvious candidates, but I too pray that’s not the case.

Meh I’ll fight you on it. Restrepo would be significant. George would be significant. Even Young would be significant to me imo. We can say “oh we have WRs coming in”, but 2024 needs results, not potential. Can’t afford to go 8-4 or worse, and I wouldn’t love to see true freshman WRs out there...

100%. There’s just levels to it imo. You’re going to have casualties every year, but Miami is in no position to lose some of its key contributors to the portal in addition to a fair number of significant losses to the draft. We have to continue moving forwards, not stall out (or god forbid...

Uhhh, that’s his brother at LB… Regardless, I think he’s stays. He’s not going pro. I just hope Guidry stays and Kiko can continue to thrive attacking downhill.

No one would surprise me, not even Restrepo (especially if his QB leaves and another OC comes in). I’d be upset sure, but I’d see the rationale. We just need to limit the damage and be ready to write blank checks to portal guys, but that’s just my opinion. A BC win doesn’t mask a disappointing...

I’m not sure about “not high” but connecting the dots… DMoney alluded in our last bank that this isn’t Madden and there’s a finite amount of money for portal guys. Now I get it, that’s common sense to an extent….but That in itself is proof we’re not spending above and beyond to fix this roster...

I think we’ll see some guys hit the portal that make us scratch our head or question what’s going on. Not a lot, but a couple of key contributors. With that said, I think OP’s list is extremely pessimistic.
