I hear ya. I just think that Mario needs to be able to focus more on game management and HC type responsibilites. He's by far our best recruiter. And that's ok, but I feel he needs more help.

True but we need some recruiters on the staff to help take the load off Mario. He needs to work on getting better as a coach.
