Dawson deserves a lot of heat. He’s doing nothing to try and get this offense going. He’s been as unimpressive as Mario has this year.

This is when the Defense finally caves in and gives up a long touchdown pass.

Seriously.

This is like old school NFL football. Take zero risks on offense. Keep it close and try to win on a late FG.

But they can’t hold up much longer unless the offense does something.

Again. You absolutely can’t run an offense when you’re scared of your QB. Dawson is leaving a lot to be desired these last couple games. Zero creativity. No screen plays, no easy throws to RBs in the flats. No nothing.

I hate this overwhelming sense of dread I feel as the 3rd quarter gets ready to start. A feeling way too familiar.

I don’t envy Dawson. Trying to run an offense with a quarterback you can’t trust is tough. I’m usually not one of those “put the back up in” because of a knee-jerk reaction, but at some point…..

I am concerned that NC State is showing a lot of creativity and we are not an offense.

You guys need to stop. That wasn’t a stare down. Ball went where it should have gone. George was open. Sometimes the defense makes a play. Jesus.
