I dont believe this thread is about "pounding one's chest and demeaning people who think this team has generally underperformed." It seems that its about people endlessly piling on TVD when he's struggling. At least that's where my posts are coming from.

There's actually been a number of psych studies done on the subject. When a fan's personal life gets to a point where they define themselves by their sports teams' success, that's when they lose sight of what's truly real. Maybe a message from DJ Williams can change some folks tune around here.

Thank you, @JHallCanes. I agree 100%. Fans need to chill the **** out on TVD, both online and in the stadium. There are very few things I despise more than seeing Canes fans booing the kids on the field. I hate that!!! I wish someone could find the old story that Frank Costa told where...
