That's like starting a fire and wanting credit for putting it out. This isn't Mario's first job. He is supposed to be a seasoned head coach. Having to replace the majority of your staff after the first year is a huge red flag. Edit: I do like the new defensive coordinator.

The problem is he was the one who hired the previous coordinators he had to replace.
