Don't think there will be lightning. It's turning into a tropical storm - currently 70 mph winds coming up the coast. Possibly developing into a cat 1 hurricane off the coast of nc & Va. Not expected to make landfall as a hurricane - coastal areas in NJ and out in Hamptons - Montalk area...
