I actually didn’t know about the injury to TVD. I was simply asked to kill posts containing reports of injuries. No one specifically was mentioned and I didn’t ask.

You did ask me to delete any injury type of posts and we ordinarily do that though to be clear, I wasn’t aware of any specific injury to TVD.

That’s how Brian Kelly deals with things with his team. Others deal with it differently. Were I the coach I wouldn’t publicize it until I had to.

The Miami Hurricanes are like Robert Johnson. Someone went down to the crossroads and made a deal for a period of glory.

If the players didn’t care and it was only the coaches, we would still respect their wishes and not publish it for whatever their reasons, including alerting the competition to our roster status and game planning.

It’s just pathetic how untrustworthy some of these reporters are.

We don’t publish injuries until confirmed/announced by the team. The players and coaches get very upset about that.
