Take a chance on somebody. Hiring JD is more of the same. A guy like Jeff Duncan at Kent State would be a good guy to take a chance on. Steve Jackson at Liberty as well and at least he’s got experience at a private school.

Yup. UVA has to dip in to states like Tennessee and the Carolinas to field talented rosters every year and they might as well be a private school with what they ask them to pay to attend. Liberty who has a well run program is a private school and has to as well.
