The coaching staff did not play Romeo Davis over Leon Williams. They overlapped in 2004. Davis started 2 games at weakside LB. Williams was an MLB. Williams started 5 games and was injured part of the season. They both started vs Va. Tech at the end of the season.

Geathers was moved to WR for the Fiesta because Kevin Beard got injured. The Kevin Beard injury had huge consequences.
