True. The problem we’ve had since the mid-2000s has been in the area of talent acquisition, it’s never really been about athlete size per se. We have done a **** job of identifying and acquiring top talent across the board. Hopefully that’s changing now.

The thing about “tweener” size is overplayed. There have been “tweeners” successful at other places, it’s just a matter of evaluating talent effectively, a skill which we have lacked, especially at the linebacker position.
