Omier played smart, if not conservative in first half so the fact that Texas was so hot from 3 and only led by 3 with him playing like that I think has to be considered a huge positive.

2nd half adjustment will likely be more aggressive defending three pointers with Omier fighting for rebounds with 4 fouls to give. I don’t mind the 2s right now, but we need to create more drives to force Texas to foul.

Let Omier sit until halftime and allow rest of team to play aggressive rest of this half

Get to halftime with Omier with just 1 foul and leading/within 5 and we roll in 2nd half with Coach L adjustments

I say keep letting Texas jack up those threes. Rather take our chances there. Pack the paint and take away second chances (As well as protect Omier)
