We hired UCF Co/OC/RB coach with huge recruiting ties to the area, not sure nepotism had anything to do with this

I thought he was going to get the job last year. Coach Harris is someone who can be Mario RB coach for the next 10+ years unless he gets a OC or HC job. On paper it always made the most sense

Harris will help out with more then just RBs. I would imagine he will be the main recruiter in Dade County

Harris is going to be able to pretty much handpick any Dade County RB he wants with his connections now that he's Miami RB coach
