Coley was the TE coach at ATM before moving to WRs so he seems to be a good fit for an Inside WR/TE coach. Then maybe get an excellent technician for outside WR coach. Be nice if a good recruiter but not as critical due to Coley. Hankerson might be a good fit. Still can keep it to 11...

I think Leach had both an inside WR coach and outside WR coach at some point in his career. Maybe he didn't have a TE coach. Wonder if you could have a inside WR /TE coach since I assume the TEs will be used like WRs in Andre Dawsons offense.
