He’s not really though. He’s very nervous in a public speaking role. He doesn’t interview well, despite being a smart guy. Now with kids, yeah he’s young and easily personable, plus he has an amazing track record. I think that’s his ceiling, however.

I would think the rest of the staff is filled out relatively quickly, hopefully by the end of the week. WR coach, TE (if needed), RB, and still expecting a change at secondary. Not sure about the D-line.
