JT is an analyst and we have one coach for DEs and one for inside DL. There are other schools that have this setup (Clemson is one) just like some schools have a separate ILB coach and OLB coach. The setup is dependent on the DC and how the staff is made up. I don't have a huge issue wtih...

I recall that. The consensus on Joe was he was an average recruiter and a decent DLC. I think more than anything, he was a trusted Mario guy. My guess is that Joe is not meshing with being in Miami and it's a bad fit. I wouldn't be surprised to see him move on and move back to the west coast...

I think with Joe, the issue is he is not a fit in Miami. He’s a west coast guy and he’s been with Mario for a few years. Jmo
