Almost as asinine as officially keeping a “fired on the down low, lame duck coach” on staff during a critical recruiting window when we need help on offense ? Also, you can’t really allow someone to go awol since it means they are gone without permission…

My worry is Mario didn’t recruit a single good qb to Oregon, and we just went from a great qb room on paper to “holy ****” in less than a year. He’ll get the hogs recruited but his qb and wr recruiting has historically been less than stellar.

Not good. Our qb room after this year is beyond suspect, it’s basically brown or bust. 2024 schedule is a doozy too
