Yeah im so clueless for suggesting Marcus Arroyo as a possible QB coach. It's not like he didn't spend 3 years as Mario OC/QB and helped develop Justin Herbert and is currently unemployed.

Explain to me how suggesting Marcus Arroyo as a QB coach possibility if we don't hire a OC/QB is me being clueless? The guy is currently unemployed and I'm sure he's had offers. He's been a QB Coach for 11 years including 3 as Mario Cristobal OC/QB.

At some point the human factor needs to kick in with this fan base... This isn't Madden and these are real people and their families livelihood. Gattis took a chance on us after he was the hottest OC on the market and this past season set his career back about 5 years. Yes most of that is on him...

Probably so but Arroyo is currently unemployed after moving on from UNLV over a month ago and was Mario QB Coach and OC at Oregon for 3 years and helped develop Justin Herbert. Not sure why I would get dragged for saying QB coach is likely his job to lose lol tbh.

Arroyo is a solid QB coach. Maybe not a great play caller but he's a qualified QB coach

In my expertise your QB Coach needs to be your OC.... Not a fan of Play callers that arent front and center at developing your QB
