Outside of UGA I have not seen true success of a turnaround in less than three years. Have teams gone from winning 6 games to 10 sure but have they consistently stayed there? Hopefully it opens some eyes for kids to understand again they need to look at the coaches who are amassing the talent like Okunlola said. We have a guy who can get players. We just need a few kids at certain position groups to realize it.

12 team playoff will hopefully help. This TCU team would not make it through multiple rounds of quality teams. Only reason Michigan is what they are is Harbaugh they are a little light in the Jimmys and Joes for a perennial CFP team.
