This is a great point. Substantive change requires a great deal of time, dedication, and hard work. If these dudes were really dedicated to the cause, they wouldn’t cut and run at the first sign of trouble.
I can’t argue with that. I have been critical of Deion, but Reed’s behavior was embarrassing. If this was a Gator or Nole alum he would be getting killed on this board.
I don’t blame them. It was unprofessional and unbecoming of a head coach. There is adversity and things you don’t like in any place of employment, but there is a proper way to address them.
