Not sure which part you don't understand. The fact that they DID update the Ws and Ls... ...or the fact that they HAVE NOT YET updated the actual rankings (1-25).

I believe that is last week's ranking. The Ws and Ls may have been updated, but I do not believe the rankings have been updated.
