I get wanting to keep DVD for his recruiting prowess and it would be great for his career path for him to be an on field coach but does anyone have any insights into his actual ability to be a DB coach?
He’s the kind of guy you need to keep around if he’s qualified for an on field role. Obviously one of the key recruiters on staff so it would be a big loss from that perspective.
