Just because Horton isn't ranked high doesn't mean he sucks. He's also not getting the kinda bump you guys are hoping for. He's ranked too low on all 4 sites. On3's composite has him as 1003 ranked player and they have him ranked higher than 247 and Rivals. He would have to move up 53 spots...
