major worry about CMC, he needs a very good OC/DC and has to find an assistant coach who keeps team motivated and keeps all the oars in the water....... still believe we should look at someone like a B.Davis as a consigliere to run a tight ship. something is not working in CMC's approach......

if CMC did not have an LT contract the entire group would be looking for work. we were poorly coached all year not 1 group showed any kind of improvement . what ever equity he had is gone....

C CMC did give a positive sign in presser, in acknowledging that what worked at other stops is not working here. need to realign his philosophy with todays game. hire good people (OC &DC) let them bring in their team and do what you do best,, recruit, build culture and #1 major issue resell...

agree 100% with comment on staff, we need to find assistants that can coach as well as recruit. CMC needs to turn over Offense to his new OC and defense to the new DC and let them both bring in staff to help coach and develop. CMC needs to hand over the keys and focus on what he does best...
