Gattis will more than likely be let go because he's an unlikable prick who doesn't get along with the coaches on staff or his players. He also refuses to adjust or scheme to his talent. Bad combo all around but it doesn't mean that the approach is flawed.

Gattis is awful and a Michigan-style offense, previously run by Gattis, can be successful if you have the personnel. Both things can be true.
